Do you still use PagePlus and are you still happy with them? We need a cheaper cell plan for my husband ?

Absolutely the worst customer and phone service I've ever experience. Also, they play games with you when try to get your money back because they over charge you on your plan that you have purchase. Stay away and run!!!

pageplus lying to people. the data is very slow and my month has not even finished yet I even have the $55 dollar plan. right now it is so slow like a turtle. if the turtle compited vs the internet the turtle would win.I can not even contact that sirvice. I would rather get the $12 plan instead of having internet it is so slow.

I've had Page Plus for 4 years and the $40 p/month plan has saved me thousands of dollars!
I've read they sold the company to Trac Phone and the customer service went to a foreign country with communication issues…, so IF you have a problem, don't call them, go to the website and chat with a sales person. Done that 3 times and always got great customer service.
These small companies have made it so competitive that the major carriers have had to offer No-Contract ,Bring your own phone, "pre-paid" plans. Better for the consumer!
I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 on Ebay in MINT condition from a reputable dealer for $225 (Feb 2015).SO I saved another $300 as compared to my friends who buy new phones and pay $25 p/month extra!
The Page Plus prepaid auto pay plan drafts from my account every month so I never have to remember. I recommend Page Plus- give them a try. IF your reception is bad, just sell the phone, buy another that works with a different small carrier ! No contracts and used phones are awesome!

Switched to Page Plus recently and it has been absolutely hassle free so far. Cheap, reliable coverage and much less tax and fees as the big guys. Glad I came across it.

lol  prepaid is for smart consumers.
What happens in the US is that big phone company like ATT, verizon, spint etc.. tried to monopoly their service. That's why they tried to make "contract" sounds cool, but infact its a scam to enslave its customers, just like mortgages.

    peace

I love PagePlus! I've been on their $30/month plan for years. I never go over the 1200 minute/1200 text/500mb data limits. I'm never even close. If I was more careful, I could probably drop down to the $12 plan, but I prefer the flexibility and not having to worry about it. For the heavy users, there's the $40/month plan which is unlimited talk & text and 1gb of data. You can't beat that. PagePlusCellular

I am poor and Pageplus save me some money. $12 a month is not bad. As I am poor, I am thingking to different pay-as-you-go plans. A $10 plan buys 100 minutes or 200 text messages. Each talk minute costs $0.10, and every sent and received text message costs $0.05. Once I drain my $10, I have to buy more minutes.  ^ * ^

Converted from Verizon to Page Plus today, looking like a good move
Hot Spot still works. Considered switching to Straight Talk first, but my iPhone 4s would not work and Hot Spot was not going to work.

i love PP! But 12.00 would totally never work for me. How do you do that if youre on it all the time. STILL. I love it that i can be on my Smartphone or tablet or laptop 24/7 and not have to worry about getting charged . I was on a trip once w my kids and had to add 20.00. In ten minutes of calling venues that 20.00 was gone. !     No worries with the 29.99 plan. I literally am on it all day and night on and off . Now …if only we could get PP in the ISP business

Thank you for this! I too switched from Verizon (criminals) to PPC and have saved about $30 per month since January .

I have two cell phones, my LG optimus pro c600, which I never put money on. In fact I just use this phone to connect to free wifi when I'm travelling. Some places here such as McDonalds offer free wifi, and some city councils also have it. My other phone is my INQ chat and thats on prepaid and I use that one to send maybe 2 or 3 text messages a month which costs me like 50 cents. I can topup 5 dollars a time on that one so yes works for me.

Page Plus remove visual voicemail? I was little aware of Flash to Page Plus . I have appleflasher in 3G phone. Lashed with wireless wifi and giving full internet speed at approximate measures.

No, never. It's prepaid, so if you max out your minutes, texts, or data, the phone just doesn't work until you buy more. It's great.

Awesome, Carol! I agree. It's so nice to not be under contract. I hate that feeling. And I like keeping the extra cash in my account, too. 😉

No, I didn't have to flash it. I just bought a used Droid X and made sure that the ESN was clean. Then I just called Page Plus, ported my number, and they activated it for me after I gave them the ESN.

I'm sorry to hear about your recent circumstances. It's especially important in times like these to cut expenses as much as possible. I still highly recommend them. Please feel free to send me a message if you have any questions or need help getting started. God bless!

I don't need much data so it's nice to have 10 MB for occasionally checking my email and such. I'm home a lot so I use WiFi the rest of the time. It works perfectly! Yes, girl. Save yourself some money. Why give away your hard earned money when you can get the same thing for much less? Good luck! Thanks for commenting. 🙂

Yess! Thank you! I'm a broke college girl and I need this type of phone plan. But how do you use your smartphone on the 10 MG $12 plan?

thanks for the info. i've been with verizon bout 12 years. recently became disabled and could not afford them any more. tried a couple of other prepaid places but they didn't compete with verizon reliability and the phone choices are terrible. think i'm going to try page plus very soon.

Been with them for years. Once or twice service a problem, I reported it and they fixed it immediately. I buy per project, some months slow, others I need a lot of time. Love not being trapped into a contract.
