We should bring down at&t for the following reasons:

Mistreating their customers and users especially me

Not letting people use their phones for absolutely any purpose when phones are not connected to a wifi especially me

Bullying people with overpriced phone bills

    Stupidity

    Ignorance

    Making money to fund terrorists

    Killing innocent people

AT&T gotten too many lawsuits against them

Making money to use to help North Korea and Isis win against America

Finally being the biggest terrorist company in the world

I can only watch this in 240p because my 25Gbps AT&T service is being throttled.

I would like to see stories where consumers won cases against AT&T. Also a how too video to shom the public like myself who have paid for unlimited data plans since my purchase of my 1st iphone. like you said unlimited is unlimited. In the real world a company makes a poor bussiness decision and they have to pay for there mistakes on their own, why AT&T thinks they are above the laws of capitalism is beyond me. It is in fact the Governments job to protect its citizens both foreign and domestic. So saying that the government should keep there nose out of domestic crime commited by fourtune 500 companies is a moot point. If AT&T promised unlimited data then it should be required by law to provide said data. same as if a bank signed a contract for a set intrest rate of 2.99% and then because there speculation was wrong they pass the buck to an uneducated person in the banks "said" field of expertise and whoops the professionals cant deliver on that promise (contract) then they should be requireded by their governing body (FTC, FCC) to fulfill its obligation, without that it means the company made a poor business decision and guess what it now the companies problem too come up with a solution. That is how capitalisim works. Welcome to america, provide the service promised or pay the price. Do you think a Mom and Pop business would be allowed the same leeway?

Well, it obviously didn't work. I pay for the 24 Mb/s $60 a month service, and I still can't use Netflix, or Crunchy Roll at 1080p.

    720 doesn't work either.

At&t never got sued cause they showed facts. In fact the FCC knew along what AT&T was doing from jump street. AT&T never promised unlimited d
Lte data. In fact the unlimited data was 3g cause lte was not even invented yet. AT&T let them stay on the plan and allowed them to get 5gb lte before throttling them back down to their old grandfathered 3g plan. So sorry to tell you, but AT&T won this battle and rightly so

I have been with att since the 1st apple phone. I'm grandfathered into the unlimited data fraud they pimped to keep me from defecting. I wasn't aware of the data throttling, and blamed it on crappy att connection. I started monitoring my data closely with the text usage request back in October when the ftc filed suit and I was seeing at the 5 gig mark, it began to crawl. Snail crawl. I'm a big streamer of youtube at work, popping interviews on and live concerts. But it's been such a headache with buffering, it's just not worth the effort. So figured I was in the top 5% they talked about targeting. It feels the exact same as the years have gone by. But, the last 3 months, the floodgates have opened up. I barely see a buffer at all anymore, and I used to see them constantly after 5 gig. I've experimented the last 3 months and they have been big data totals. This month, I have used 31 gb of data and still have 11 days in the billing period. I'm wondering if the ftc has worked out a deal already, and they said flip the throttling off immediately? I want some cash back. Dealing with this for 6 years is bullshit. And costly. I always figured it was the growing pains of technology and the next new tech phone or service advancement would solve the problem.
Anyways, something is definitely up now

I have unlimited dat on my iPhone 6 plus, and have always had unlimited data w all my iPhone's. The way I see it is I have this awesome phone that once it gets throttled, I can't do a damn thing w it other then make calls, and text on the data network. I hope the government wins this argument, and ATT had to refund all of us unlimited data users some money. AND LEAVE MY FUCKING DATA SPEED ALONE. Why doesn't my bill go down when my data speed is throttled. FUCK U ATT

Unlimited means to use without interruption at all times no limitations when I signed up with Att that was the definition I got with my phone

They did that to me in the late 1990's with Modem, ISDN and DSL. They never specified a cap but as an IT I use the internet a lot. The harassed me and threatened to charge me extra although they advertized it as unlimited. testing my speeds weekly I noticed a slow down in upload and download and the rep told me in order not to charge me like a business they needed to do it to everyone who is a high user, I never been back since cable internet. These are the companies who don't want consumer laws or regulation so they can do wut they want uncontested. I'm sure with lobbying they will get their way.
